RETURNS & EXCHANGES


EXCHANGE POLICY:

In the rare occurrence that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will facilitate an exchange, provided the purchased goods are unused and undamaged by the customer. However, please note that all lawn sales and custom orders are non-exchangeable.

RETURN POLICY:

All orders are considered final and non-refundable. However, an exchange is possible if an incorrect item has been shipped to you, contingent upon product and size availability. It is essential to notify us of any exchange/return within one week of receiving the items. Claims made beyond this timeframe will not be honored.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are deemed final, and monetary returns are not offered. Instead, items can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value.

For formals or bridals with outstanding payments, no refund is applicable. Customers are given a 7-day notice period to settle payments, and no advance payment will be refunded after this period.
